Dinner on Saturday have live Jazz and an all inclusive menu with Prime Rib, Seafood and other gourmet selections. Born in Montreal, Jason has traveled extensively experiencing the diverse cuisines around the world. His love of food and fine cooking stems from his childhood where meals were the focus of family gatherings and good times. He quickly learnt that quality food was an essential ingredient to good living. With over 25 years of professional experience as a red seal chef, Jason is passionate about preparing quality food that tastes fabulous! A culinary Arts graduate of Algonquin College he also traveled to Paris and studied at the Cordon Bleu.He believes in wholesome locally sourced fresh ingredients and serving food in its freshest state. With a farm to table philosophy, cooking healthy and wholesome food from scratch Jason is now the Chef and Owner with his wife Rose of the recently opened Edwards Bistro in downtown Cornwall. He is bringing tasty meals, great coffee and delicious sweets to the many clients that stop in to this very special place!
